Dr. Mane, D.C. explains how Hemispheric Integration Therapy (H.I.T.) works on autism spectrum disorders. He wants to encourage parents, that there is hope for change due to Neuroplasticity of the brain. “The Brain is not Hard Wired.” They also discuss movies that are related to Autism such as Temple Grandinand Walking In The Dark: Finding The Light In Autism. They also discussed the upcoming movie Winter – A Dolphin’s Tale. Dr. Mane is using Winter the Dolphin to stimulate his patient Levi while performing Hemispheric Integration Therapy. Levi has been diagnosed with aspergers, and since he started treatment with Dr. Mane, he has made remarkable progress. |
