I have been meaning to comment about this article for quite some time, as I have appreciated it immensely! I have found that, in my own case with my little boy that for years I searched and searched for a label. In my search...I got a variety of concrete, and very vague labels...which were ultimately, and extremely confusing, and unproductive to say the least...
This is why I value this approach so very much..."To treat what is Found"...this is devastating logic! Another great little gem of knowledge...that in my searches...I never heard before, is the overlap in different conditions, and this makes every child different and individual. This is as it should be, as these children hardly ever fit into the square hole or the round one...they are their own and unique shaped pegs. I am so very thankful that Dr. Mane' uses this very individualized and personal approach with his patients, as it is very rare...but very much valued...and having very much success with my little boy.

Sincerely,
Kim Larochelle
