What is correct is an appropriate vestibluar response. Just as no response is not normal, vertigo for 2 years is also not normal. You should see a doctor about this. Many times EENT doctors or neurologist are most familiar with vestibular disorders. I dont know why you are having trouble getting treatment, obviously we treat children and adults on the autism spectrum. I guess it is just a lack of awareness aned information. As you can see by my web site and articles, I am trying to do my part in spreading awareness. If you were in tampa I would be happy to see you but I am guessing you are not. Good Luck

Thank you for something new to learn. I could always spin until I fell, stand and spin again without dizziness. I just got my feet tangled up. And when I had See Sickness, I never vomited. After an MVA and concussion, I have still vertigo for two years. Maybe I am more normal?

I am unable to get medical care even with dual insurance because no one wants autistic patient.I have called every internist in my city. Why are even medical professionals yet so bigoted?

Thanks to Dr. Mane, Dominic and Senon has made major improvement. Their senses were really heightened making it very difficult for them to come down on any normal level, with a variation of stemming and very loud vocalizations,
almost all the time. I could never take them any place without causing heads to turn, and the classroom was difficult. After the treatment, they tapered off enormously though it may not be as noticeable to those who hasn't known them prior to the treatment. I wish more insurance would consider paying for this treatment, or I would have kept the boys under Dr. Mane's care, as long as they needed to. Dr. Mane is no ordinary doctor, he cares for and understand these wonderful human beings, my boys were blessed to be treated by him.
