In my opinion, the gluten free diet is brutal but it seems everyday it is getting easier with all the new sites and recipes.

Thank you for this awesome recipe link! Even though we don’t have to follow a gluten-free menu at my house, I still do a lot of healthy cooking from scratch. And, yes, it can be time consuming (how grateful am I for the invention of the crock pot!). There are recipes on this link that look terrific and healthy for both gluten-free households and typical households! Enjoy!
