The Often Forgotten Siblings
This is a subject that doesn’t seem to get much attention but as I see families come in the office with children on the spectrum who have brothers and sisters, it is apparent that there is a dynamic going on that is often not addressed by the community. As I have said I the past, Autism affects children and therefore the entire family and society in so many ways. This is one aspect that doesn’t seem to get much attention.
